My Dear BCUBEIANS, Lawyers are coming back to work this week and by the end of the week, we will have the jurisdiction analysis. In the worst-case scenario, We will be sure about the jurisdiction by the end of this week or by mid-next week. Then we will start registering the company. Registration of the company will take 7-10 days Bank account 3-4 weeks (difficult and tedious process for crypto companies to get a bank account so often we should go for new banks like Bankera which are quite expensive). We will have to change the name, and logo also otherwise our dear regulator feels we are confusing users. This should be ready this month as well. VASP will take 2 months but the most important is to register the company, get the bank account, and transfer the IP from the current company to the new company. These things can be finished in January 2024. Then all the actions from marketing activity, shilling, new product launches, new exchange integrations (5-6 new exchanges), and entry to the US markets will start, BCUBE ventures (something like Launchpad which was also stopped due to regulations). Currently, two big AI projects have partnered with us but it will be made public when the company registers. These projects are $50-$100M+ in marketcap. The path towards 100x in $BCUBE won’t happen just by shilling but we will need users of the products which has been consistently performing although they are spot-long only at the moment. So I urge all the community members to trade with us by purchasing a plan once we are in the new jurisdiction. We are looking for 500 subscriptions within our community and many more from outside. I will start to speak regularly through TG AMA, Twitter Spaces, YouTube live updates as soon as we are registered in another jurisdiction. I am risking a lot now by writing this also but thought of giving a small update. The punishment is not on the company but personal.
